Ek person ne life policy krwa rakhi hai uski death ke bad uski policy ka Amount uski wife ko mila around 15 lac. with interest (Interest-for late payment of policy amount) wife ki age around 50 hai aur uski aur koi income nai hai aur Policy department ne interest amount par T.D.S. deduct kiya hai kya ye Tds refund ho skta hai ya nai plz suggest me sir ???

there wont be any TDS or tax liability on this receipt. Refer section 10(10D).
