Let me inform that is deduction u/s 80 C , 80D are available for NRI in the fy 2021-22??

Please provide any sources of section provision.

02 November 2022 Yes, deduction u/s. 80C & 80D of IT act, is available to all individuals & HUFs.
The section has specified it for all of these, whether resident or NRI.
