Debit balance of p/l in new format of b/s

I want to know if there is debit balncde in the Profit /Loss account ,where should it be reflected in the revised Format of balance sheet.

But if no other elements exist in the Balance sheet then the neagtive figure is taken to the Final reseves and scurlpus
And as far i am concerned ,i think Balance Sheet should not have Negative Figure .
