hello sir for audit of debenture which form can be demanded from client;

You will demand Form 10 filed with the ROC creating charge for the Debenture Thrustee to secure payment of debentures and Register as well as Index of Debenture holders. You can ask for ;
1. Form 10
2. Register of debenture holders
3. Index of debenture holders.
4. Thrust deed.
5. Security charged to secure payment of debenture.
