03 December 2011 You will demand Form 10 filed with the ROC creating charge for the Debenture Thrustee to secure payment of debentures and Register as well as Index of Debenture holders. You can ask for ;

1. Form 10
2. Register of debenture holders
3. Index of debenture holders.
4. Thrust deed.
5. Security charged to secure payment of debenture.

1) Copy of Board Resolution by virtue of which debentures issued
2) verify the borrowing limits of the Company under Section 293(1)(d) of the companies act 1956
2) verify the approval of the board for mortgage of assets under section 293(1)(a)
