if a service provider have 15,00,00/- gross receipts how much tax liability he would have.
whether 10,00,000/- exemption for small scale dealers applies to him. or he have to pay on total 15,00,000/- amount

10 lakh is allowed to every one but there are certain conditions, which you 1st need to check.
eg:
that he should not provide service under any brand name.
that in last year his total services provided during the year must be less than 10 lacs.
you may refer notification 33/2012 for SSP
