Dealer registration, documentation and maintain records

12 November 2014 we are central excise registered manufacturer, now we want to purchase some finished product and want to sale the same as a dealer.
1) do we need to amend registration as a manufacturer and dealer?
2) which documents we have to prepare to sale the purchased finished product?
3) how to maintain records of purchased finished product?
4) are we eligible to take credit of purchased finished product?

pls. suggest..

12 November 2014 1) Ans- As per Rule 9 of Central excise rule s 2002. Apply for dealers registration as dealer.
2) As per Rule 11 of Central Excise Rules 2002 prepare invoice ( for first/second stage dealers )
3) Separate books of accounts to be maintained.
4) No you can not avail credit on goods sold as dealer.
