My Co. dividend to be declared is Rs. 9,00,000.
I want to find out the
---actual DDT to be deposited??
---when depositing, what would be assessable year AY 2012-13 or AY 13-14 and is it 106 when online..

Due Date :—

You have not clearly given the div declared dt. Assuming div is declared during FY 13-14 then ay will be 14-15.

The dividend declaration date is going to be May 16th, 2013 , but for last financial year, FY 12-13.
