What is the date to be given on Audited Financial Statements if last AGM to be conducted on 29-09-2017?
28 September 2017
Generally, 21 days notice is required for calling a general meeting. Inference- section 101(1) of the Co's Act,2013. So It can't go beyond 8-9-2017.
