17 January 2023 A service provider is required to take registration when his gross turnover in a financial year exceeds 20 lakhs. What will be date when he will be required to apply for registration -- beginning of next financial year-1April or the exact date when his turnover crosses the threshold limit? If his turnover reaches 20 lakhs in month of January, Is he required to apply for registration from 1 February or only from next financial year - 1 April?
