What is the last date of depositing challan of service tax for local authority????

Due date of Deposit of Service tax will be 6th of Next month if e-payment is made, which is mandatory from 01.10.2014. For manual payment 05th of next montyh will be due date.
For the month of March due date will be 31st March.
For the month of March due date will be 31st March.
