customs duty exemption on importing goods

17 June 2011 We are the manufacturers of glass tubular vials and supplying to eou units as a deemed export sale. now we are planning to import the plain vials and do the further processing (value addition on input) for another product at our factory and will supply to eou units.
so my question is whether we can avail customs duty exemption on that product

pl clarify the above immediately

01 July 2011 please noted that apply for advance licence and then you can avail the custom duty this is best option.
