Is there any compulsion for opening an current a/c for opening small business (sale-300000/- p.a).

IF the sale amount is small as mentioned by you ( Rs.300K p.a ) and if it is propeitry business then it can be managed with SB account .

Many banks donot open savings a/c in the name of business concern. The policy varies from bank to bank.
