07 January 2012 whether c form is applicable all type of inter state purchase or its depond upon material basis, I want to know that c form conditions on which basis its given to seller parties or its depond upon material wise

07 January 2012 when a seller sale the taxable goods at
concessional rate(2%)then c form is applicable

C form is a form issued under CST Act for sale at concessional rates of sales tax.

The necessary conditions for the issuance of C form are :

a. The seller and buyer are registered under the CST Act under the respective states

a. The buyer should be registered dealer for the goods to be purchased.

b. The purchase is an interstate purchase.
