Please tell me which course(old syllabus\New syllabus) will be applicable to me , as i have been registered for CS executive course on 26-02-2012.

If u have registered under old course then till dec 2013 exams they are applicable.

Yes, then also as per notification in feb 2013 there is change in syllabus.
You check your registration letter you received from icsi it will clearly state under which course u have been registered or log on to www.icsi.edu and under students category u can check abt ur status.
