Cpt exam form correction

while filling the CPT exam form online i have mistakenly Fill my mother's name instead of my father's name. What should be the immediate needful step as the last date of form filling is next to the door.Please help me out.

You can call up ICAI Exam Department on the helpdesk number and inform them about the mistake which has happened.
