16 August 2012 I want to know that i scored 61% in B.com but i appeared CPT Exam 2 times but didn't cleared so i m eligible for direct ipcc exam or not

plz sir kindly answer my question as soon as possible

Yes, you can get direct registration in IPCC on the basis of graduation as per Notification issued by Institute as on 02.08.2012 and no need to give further CPT exam.
