courier exp for export sales on approval basis

21 January 2010 If an exporter sold some goods on approval basis to an overseas buyer in f.y. 2009-10 and debited courier exp to p&l a/c in the same year,sales approved in f.y. 2010-11.Whether courier exp allowed in f.y. 2009-10 or 2010-11? Whether the answer remains same if these sales are rejected?

21 January 2010 in my opinion, The courier wxpenses are allowable in Fy 2009-10 irrespective of the fact whether the goods are approved or not.
