purchased a flat in 1993 by payment in installments and got possession and sale deed in 2004 and sold in 2014-15 financial year. my query is : cost inflation index to be computed year wise from the date of booking i.e. 1993 or from the date of possession / sale deed or from 1993 to 2014 irrespective of payment in installments

no, take index of 2004 as that is the year u actually become the owner on reord
