I have doubt regarding cost audit apllicability. is it applicable for a manufacturing company whose Turnover is 24,00,00,000/-.

15 November 2012 Cost audit applies when the turnover exceeding Rs.20 Crore in the preceding financial year or Aggregate value of Networth exceeding Rs. 5 crore as on last date of the preceding financial year or Equity or the debt of the company are listed or in the process of listing on any stock exchange whether in India or Outside India
