Is it expected that new Cos. Act will be fully included in Nov.2015 attempt?

very good chance of that happening. ICAI has already included a lot in CA finals
14 June 2014
Minimum 282 sections are applicable for May 2015. So in all likelihood by Nov 2015 entire Act will be part of the course.
