there is no concept of corporate tax as such actually people use it for tax under income tax act on companies.

The income tax paid by the Companies is normally referred to as Corporate tax.
The Municipality or Corporations etc. levy a yearly tax on the HOUSE properties in their jurisdictional limit. This is called as PROPERTY tax
