27 July 2011 My query is regarding preperation of Corporate and Allied Laws in CA FInal.
I am finding problems to cope up with Munish Bhandari Main Book and I am thinking not to go for it.....
I am thinking to go for S Shrikant Book !!!!!
Please Let Me Know if it is enough for CA Final syllabus !!!!

27 July 2011 See bro nothing is enough for a course like CA FInal. However it is a good book.

Also use corp law bare act for study.

Also keep munish book at least for reference purpose.

27 July 2011 according to me - practice mannual of icai + munish bhandari is good option.
