30 June 2011 do we need to submit form32 aftr converting pvt into public for change in no. of directors and members?

03 July 2011 Yes if a new director is appointed after change from pvt into public Company you have to file form 32 within 30 days of appointment with ROC.There is no requirement of submitting Form 32 for increase in numbers of members.
