07 October 2011 I am working with a CA Firm as Paid Assistant, can I get a COP. If yes, whether full time or part time.

07 October 2011 If TDS/PF/ESI are applicable to your firm in which you are working as a paid assistant, then better not to apply for any COP. If the firm is maintaining list of employees and if you applied for COP then the institute may not sanction cop to you.
