Dear sir/mam,
can a member in employment with audit firm apply for Certificate of Practice.Is it necessary to be in practice to apply for COP.

A member in employment can apply for COP but it will be part time and u are not allowed to certify or attest.

No it is not necessary to be in practice for COP. But if you are in employement then only part time COP will be applied and there is no benefit for this. You can't apply bank audit, can't sign reports, can't give certificate.
