what will be valid proff of conveyance reimbersment and is the repair maintenance can also valid? if any employee give me his petrol bill i have to take all amount of that bill or for the distance covered between his residence to workplace

conveyance given to cover the distance between residence to office is exempt up to Rs. 800 per month only. Anything above that given is taxable.
For any other conveyance allowances it will depend upon the company policy to reimbursement. Some company pays on the basis of distance covered & some company pays on the basis of bills submitted subject to max amount.
