14 May 2012 sir I have filed form 23 & 62. Do I need to file form 1B for change of name or the process is complete after filing form 62?

No need to file Form-1B, because it apply on change of name of the company like ABZ Limited to RST Limited.

Form 62 apply for status change from private to public or public to private.
