that is which resolutio,meeting,section,documents to be filed etc...

08 December 2011 You have to file special resolution under section 21, 31 and change the MOA. You have also to alter the Articles to adopt the provisions of section 3(1)(iii).

You have to file form 1A, 23, 1B.
