What are the procedure to be followed under Company Law
Which Forms are to be filled?
And how the assets of Partnership firm can be transferd
Please explain me in detail

03 March 2014 the basis of allotment (ie ratio) is a matter between the partners. normally the share should be in the ratio of balance in their capital accounts.
