one person argue printing & stationary come under contract but another one person argue not come under contract ...

18 August 2011 Printing is coming under work contract only if the printing person using the material issued by the contract giving person and TDS apply that case only as per sec.194C

while doing printing work using own material is not works contract and TDS not applicable
