Construction of flats after acquiring land

09 March 2013 if a company wants to start its business in guwahati of acquiring land then after make construction of flats in same land then sell to buyer by allotment made ,then what is service tax and sales tax implication on company, how much tax will be charged by then form in this process.

09 March 2013 If the flats are going to be sold only after completion of construction then only stamp duty would be payable and no VAT or Service tax.
If a WC then on construction there is a liability under both VAT and ST - options are available.
