In case of construction contract, the agreement is made before 01.04.2005 but the effective date of contract is after 01.04.2005. Is MVAT applicable for this contract revenue? Please reply.....

Statory rules will be applicable as per excution period of contract, it is immaterial that when deed was finalized.
