Consequences of capital contribution as per partnership deed

Wanted to know what are the consequences or is there any consequences of not contributing capital as mentioned in Partnership deed. In our case out of three partners, two partners have not invested capital as mentioned in partnership deed.

03 May 2016 pls see partnership deed, its mention in case what happen. if not mention then capital not contributing partner have Dr. of capital then they have to give the intt. as rate mention in partner ship deep. if not mention then you can take the rate as mention the same rate given on the capital to partners.
