15 November 2010 Please inform me the consequance of short deduction of TDS of earleir year ie. for FY 2007/2008. TDS angel and expenses angel.

16 November 2010 If short deducted, make good the difference in current year including the interest. The allowablity of the expenses is on the TDS payment made in the year.
