when a pvt co is formed,promoters have to submit Directors consent to ROC.Do you know the form number.if yes plzzzzz tell me.

No specific form is required to be filed at the time of incorporation for appointment as director.

Consent to act as Director need not be filed while incorporating Private Limited Company. It is applicable only for Public Limited Companies.
