Condonation of delay in filling of form 8

27 November 2012 The Form 8 for creation of charge has been filled by the company after a delay of 62 days.

Kindly guide the whole procedure for getting letter of condonation from Company Law Board and kindly also provide draft copy of all the documents to be sent to CLB
