Hi Everyone
Our Company turnover is less than 1 Crore so we are not eligible to file form 3CD. So we can file the form 3CEB or not.Please provide a brief explanation on this.

Tax audit is not applicable in your case. So need not file 3 CA-CD
3CEB is for transfer pricing...Is your company covered under transfer pricing?

Actualy we are a subsidiory company and our hodling company is in US. They remmit the money from US.So we are convered under transfer pricing.please explain on this.

then you fall under 3CEB, and for you the date is 30/11/2015 for the financial year 2014-15
