Dear Experts
A Individual wrongly opted for composition scheme. Now he realised the mistake and wants to opt for the regular scheme. Withdrawal option in the gst portal allows the withdrawal from the current date only. So how can the individual file the return fro July to September under the regular scheme.

In my view... No options for filing regular return under Composition Scheme...
Just you ll be file GSTR 4...
After your application got approved you can follow Regular scheme...
Also you ll contact your local circle officer....

Withdrawal will be allowed from the date of application. You can opt out from July .

But, How to file regular return from July to September...
I read the question exactly and reply the same... Also approved the application then only its going other scheme. Not onle in Apply...

Withdrawal will be allowed from any date from July...
You have to choose the date from which you want to opt out.
Your return dashboard immediately changed to normal.

They need file returns on Jul to Sep or not...???

Monthly returns has to be filed under Form 3B. But as of now if withdrawal date is selected as july the following error message appears
'Withdrawal from Composition Levy Date cannot be before Opt for Composition Levy Date."
Contacted the help desk, they said the option will be rectified and enabled soon.

Today i opt out from Composition for my one client & file return from July of same.

You have to fill date on which application submitted for composition.

JUST NOW ACCEPTED FRO ME ALSO. DATE OF REGISTRATION HAS TO BE SELCTED FOR WITHDRAWAL , NOT AN EARLIER DATE
