main composition dealer hoon meri tyre ki shop hai aur maine apne truck company ko rent par de diye hai mujhe monthly 80000.00 rent milta hai mujhe composition mein rent par kitane % gst pay karna hoga. kya composition applicable hai.

01 February 2019 Rent ek service hai parantu ab 1.2.19 se GST Act me jo naye pravdhan aa rahe hai usme composition dealers ko bhi apne annual turnover ka 10% ya Rs 5 Lakhs dono me jo bi higher ho tak service provide karne ka haq hoga.
Atah composition rate 1% rahegi aapke rent par bhi aur aap upar batayi hui limit tak composition me reh ke service provide kar sakte ahai.
