Components of salary in case of serving of notice period

Please let me know the solution for a query.

What components of salary is payable after the employee fulfills the notice period?

If the employee does not complete the notice period and the employer decide to sue him, how much salary or rather what components of salary is recoverable?

Can you substantiate with any law?

05 July 2012 Its purely based on the employment terms with you and your employee. Notice period is based on the employment term and payment also based on the same.
