But as per co. act,2013 Company Secretary is required only for Public lyd. co. with above Rs.10 crore company.As such whether for a private ltd. co. with paidup capital above Rs.6 crc. is C S is required or not?

Appointment of whole time CS is not required for Pvt Ltd companies.
