26 April 2012 Hi,

I am running an Fruits and vegetables import and export company .My clients would like to give me a software projects.
I have specified the software development in other object of my MOA and i like to pull more client in regards with software.But my company name ends with EXPORTS,So other client will think like this is an export company.If the company name will end with Technologies or info then this look like software organization.

I don't want to change my company name and i would like to bring more client in software.
How can i proceed?.Please help me.

For this you need to change their company name along with substitute of main object of the company. For this file Form-1A with reason for change of name subject to change of main object.

26 April 2012 Thank you Mr.Ajay.If i change the name of my company i need to share with my current importing customers.I am thinking an approach like start a sole proprietorship company with relevant name and provide the software services initially. Once it develop can i merge the two companies?.Please correct me.
