Company Name changed - How to get it on PAN/TAN

We have got changed the name of our company.
In case of PAN or TAN :
- whether we have to apply for new PAN/TAN by cancelling earlier one. OR
- company name can be changed on the same PAN/TAN.
- how to reflect the same in TDS challans & returns. whether different returns to be filed for quarter if company name is changed between the quarter.

No need to apply for new PAN/TAN. You need to apply for change/correction in PAN / TAN data. Name will be changed, PAN & TAN will remain the same.
No need to file different return. The name existing on the date of filing of return will be relevant.

the above information given by shyman lal is correct,just add a few points you will be getting a new pan card with the new name incorporated but the pan & tan no will be the same
