27 December 2014 Format of Declaration by 1st Director.

I,HARDIK THAKKAR aged 30 residing at Roll apartment, Diwans Enclave ,Cochin,
Kerala-682015 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

THAT I am the first Director of ABC (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company proposed to be incorporated under the Companies Act,2013.

THAT I am conversant with the facts of the affidavit and competent to make this declaration.

THAT I am not disqualified as per section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013 from appointing as a Director in ABC (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

THAT I have not been declared as proclaimed offender by the Economic Offence Court or Judicial Magistrate Court or High Court or any other Court.

I,HARDIK THAKKAR , the above deponent, do hereby declare and verify that the contents of paragraph 1,2,3 and 4 of this affidavit are true to my own knowledge and nothing material has been concealed and no part of it is false.
