What is the significance of template MOA/AOA to be filled in INC 29.Pls clarify abt the attachments for MOA/AOA. Whether draft Moa/Aoa is to be attached or MoA/AoA in INC30/31 format to be attached..

If "YES" is selected in clause 2(b) and (c) of e-form INC 29, then template in INC 30 and 31 has to be necessarily attached.
