31 March 2010 I have availed the name reservation and in process of filing up Form no 1,18 and 32. I want to know the following issues:
1. How should e stamp duty be paid for form no 1,MOA and AOA
2.Should signed and stamped MOA and AOA needs to be attached with form no 1? If yes then how the e stamp duty shall be paid on MOA and AOA?
3. What are the attachment to be attached with Form No 1?

31 March 2010 1. You have to pay the online stamp duty. Believe me this is really simple.

2. Simple attach plain MOA and AOA with form 1 and there is no need to worry as u r paying the stamp duty online with form 1.

When u upload form 1 pay the stamp duty.

3. simply attach MOA and AOA with form 1 declaration on Rs. 10 stamp paper u/s 33(1) and (2).

What is Rs 10 stamp duty declaration? that has to be paid manually.
Am i supposed to attach power of attorney also with form 1?
