Whether it is obligatory to take the services of or consult a CA or a lawyer to incorporate a private/public company in India?

well to incorporate a company a CS is more preferrable and it's not obligatory to take service of any Practicing Company Secretary to incorporate a company but its advisable to take services of PCS as they are more aware of practical situations to get the company incorporated.

The services of a practicing professional like CA/CS/ICWA is necessarily required at least for certification purpose in E-Forms 1,18 and 32 which are statutorily required to be filed while incorporating a company.
