Company incorporation

05 July 2013 I have filed Form 1,32 and 18 to incorporate a company but MCA demands re submission citing following reasons:

"Please scan affidavit/declaration duly notarised from all subscribers/directors seprately,first at the time of incorporation subsequently whenever company changes its object , to the effect that company directors shall not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act. 1956,RBI Act 1934 and SEBI Act 1992 and rules /directions /regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with concerned authorities"

Please provide me the format for this declaration and other suggestions to resolve this query

05 July 2013 Thanx sir for the format. in this format we have to mention the CIN No. of the Company but till now we have not got our company incorporated. this query is raised by the MCA for incorporating the company. and whether these affidavits have to made on the Stamp paper of Rs. 10.

05 July 2013 You may edit the format according to your requirement. For eg:-
1) No need to give CIN in the format for companies yet to be incorporated.
2) Circular is silent about the stamp value.
Better execute in stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- which ROC, Kerala has accepted in my cases.
