13 December 2014 I am filing INC-21 for commencement of business. my client is doing farmacy work.
my query is:-
1) whether it is covered under any sectoral regulator.
2) which Stamp duty reference in point 5 to be given.
3) whether declaration on stamp to be given and what should be stated in it.

2. Buy a stamp paper for Rs. 25 and give details of that in point 5.

3. Write in the stamp paper the following sentence
"THIS FORMS PART OF E-FORM INC-21 OF ANONYMOUS PRIVATE LIMITED".
