29 January 2011 FOrm 1 18 and 32 filed. payment is also done.
generally how much time roc takes to give a intimation or completion and issue incorp certificate?
when will incorp certificate come.
what is the time limit within roc must process the same?
will there be any enquiry from roc or all online mode?

29 January 2011 If all documents are found to be in order, the approval comes in two weeks time.

However the ROC may mark the form for resubmission if they find some inconsistency in MOA / AOA viz.,some of the objects specified in main object clause may not be agreed to by ROC, or the data given in subscribers' clause or witness clause may be incomplete, etc. In such cases the entire process may get delayed.

Enquiry will be on online mode only with instructions for resubmission.

In that case, you will have to carry out the changes as suggested by ROC and get the corrections authenticated by the person authorised in the POA and again scan and upload the revised form using the resubmission tab in mca website.

29 January 2011 I could view the unsigned certificate of incorporation of pvt ltd companies with in 3-4 workings days,from the uploading date, in the system. Signed certificate,in such cases, reaches the registered office of the company with in the next seven working days. This is of those companies registered with ROC,Kerala & Lakshadweep.

I agree with the observation in para 2,3,and 4 given above by Jayashree Ji.
